Pricing 2018: Online video advertising in MTV

MTV has a wide-range of products for video advertising, both for instream and outstream advertising.

The instream products we offer are:

  • MTV Video Premium
  • MTV Video Short
  • MTV Video Reach

MTV Video Premium is targetable e.g. for demographic groups. Campaigns are guaranteed for 100 % completion rate and frequency capping is user based, not browsers/devices based, as usually in online campaigns.

MTV Video Reach is designed for maximum reach in MTV’s own digital video services and in our video network partners’ video services.

MTV Video Short is the choice for direct activation campaigns, since the users are not engaged to actual video content as much as in MTV Video Premium.

MTV VIDEO PREMIUM

MTV Video Premium product contains long-form video content in MTV Katsomo service. The users are identified via login. Only 100 % completed ads are considered as impressions and frequency control is based on individual users, not browsers/devices. Interactive advertising (VPAID 2) and pause-ad can be used in this product.

  • Exclusive ad break CPM 150 € (max ad length 120 sec)

Video ads are delivered in connection of MTV’s video services (long & short-form) and video ad network partners* video content. Impressions are measured from the start of the video ad and frequency control is based on browsers/devices/users.

Maximum length of video ad is 30 seconds.

Maximum length of video ad is 20 seconds.

Price: CPM 20 € per video start.

MTV does not restrict the length of video ad, but the recommendation is to use rather short video with interesting beginning.
